That there is a tattoo that isn’t permanent and painless? Well, you’re in for a surprise then! Henna tattoos have been around for centuries. This dye was extremely popular in the 16^th century in North India and Pakistan as a body decoration for weddings. This tradition is still carried on today throughout the Middle East and has morphed into an awesome alternative to permanent, need-surgery-to-get-rid-of, painful tattoos. No needles, no pain, but perfectly good tattoos. J And that’s the end for today’s history lesson. Now on to the fun stuff…Henna tattoos are going to be offered on July 30^th at the YA Summer Reading Wrap Up Party! The winners of the mp3 player drawing are also going to be announced that day.
